HIPAA

Data Security:
Information mobility is limited by high security firewalls and access tracked computers, which confine it to the computer that the staff is using. When a client requests that we work on one of their servers, we do so remotely through the client’s PC, eliminating the possibility of data theft. When managing client data for a healthcare project, process executives are prohibited or limited from using email. Access to USB devices is prohibited.
HIPAA Training

Employee Background Verification & Confidentiality Agreements:
We thoroughly investigate the pasts of candidates chosen into our firm before to recruiting. Access rights are granted to new workers based on the tasks they are given. General access credentials are given to each employee so they may access their computers and the workplace. Additionally, confidentiality agreements must be signed by every member of our personnel.
